My name is Michele.  I was highly trained by RED Driving School who believe "it's not just about learning to drive or about getting a driving licence but about gaining essential skills for life" - something which I strongly believe in too and continually strive to achieve, and as such have completed a BTEC4 in Coaching for Driver Development as part of my continued professional development.

Everyone learns differently, and at a different pace, so I tailor each lesson to suit your needs and abilities to enable you to grow into a safe and confident driver for life!  Today driving is based around identifying your needs and abilities and adapting each lesson to suit - Client centred learning .  "Client-centred learning is about creating a conversation between you (the learner) and me (the instructor) based on mutual respect" .
